關(guān)於辦理《港澳居民來(lái)往內地通行證 （非中國籍）》的公告
Announcement on the Application for the "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Permanent Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens)"

  
            為進(jìn)一步便利內地與澳門(mén)間人員交流交往，服務(wù)促進(jìn)澳門(mén)更好融入國家發(fā)展大局，中華人民共和國出入境管理局決定自2024年7月10日起為澳門(mén)特別行政區永久性居民中的非中國籍人員簽發(fā)《港澳居民來(lái)往內地通行證（非中國籍）》。現公告如下：

       The Exit-entry Administration of P.R. China has decided to issue the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens) (hereinafter referred to as the "Permit") among permanent residents in the Macao Special Administrative Region who are Non-Chinese citizens (hereinafter referred to as Non-Chinese Hong Kong and Macao permanent residents) from July 10, 2024, to further facilitate exchanges between mainland Chinese people and people in Macao, and to help Macao better integrate into the overall national development. It is hereby announced as follows:

   澳門(mén)特別行政區永久性居民中的非中國籍人員，因投資、探親、旅遊、商務(wù)、研討、交流等短期入境事由來(lái)往內地，可於7月10日起，向本公司遞交《港澳居民來(lái)往內地通行證（非中國籍）》辦理申請。如需瞭解政策詳情和預約申請，可瀏覽本網(wǎng)站有關(guān)辦證須知及相關(guān)問(wèn)答，亦可通過(guò)以下渠道諮詢(xún)： 

       Permanent residents of the Macao Special Administrative Region who are Non-Chinese nationals may apply for the "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Permanent Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens)" starting from July 10, 2024. This permit is intended for short-term visits to the Mainland for purposes such as investment, visiting relatives, tourism, business, seminars, and exchanges.
